This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking information, and other important shipping details.
1. Shipping Destination
Kunjuan currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be delivered to valid residential and commercial addresses located within the United States.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Processing Time
- 1–3 business days
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped through our logistics partners using trusted shipping carriers.

5. Shipping Carriers
Depending on the shipping destination and package size, orders may be delivered by one or more of the following carriers:

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on shipping requirements.
6. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Tracking link
Tracking information usually becomes available within 24 hours after shipment.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:
- Delivery delays may occur.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Returned packages may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the package (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
10. Restricted Shipping Areas
At this time, we do not ship to:
- U.S. territories
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- Freight forwarding companies
- P.O. Boxes (where carrier restrictions apply)
11. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Since Kunjuan currently ships only within the United States, customers will not be responsible for international customs duties or import taxes.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout according to applicable laws.
